6th Grade Math Detectives

Sixth graders became detectives in math class. Students were tasked with using their new skills for finding the GCF and LCM of number sets to solve a mysterious theft of artifacts from Brazil. The quest took the young detectives from Iguaza Falls to the Sambadrome. All our detectives earned their nicknames: Holmes, Watson, and Drew!

Hard Fought Game for Lady Eagles

Our Lady Eagles basketball team had an exciting and hard-fought match against St. Ann that ended in 17 all tie. Ava and Tova led the team offensively, while Chloe, Eva, and Meadow had multiple steals and stops on the defensive end. Julie and Shani lead the team in rebounds, which was vital for play at both ends of the court. Kol ha-kavod to the team for their hard work and dedication. They demonstrated how persistence pays off.
