• Meyer is a community.

With an active and vibrant Parent Kesher (PTO), premier events, family activities, and more, your family can get involved, connect, and engage to become a part of our dynamic community.

"My family chose Meyer because of the warm, nurturing environment and high level of individualized academics. After both of our kids graduated, as a Meyer family, we gained not only a top-notch education that prepared them for high school and college but a wonderful community of friends.”

        • Your Gift Makes an Impact.

There is no investment more important and meaningful than the investment in our community’s children.

Meyer Prep’s exceptional program is only possible with support from our local community donors. Like most independent schools, Meyer Prep relies on financial support to deliver an outstanding education to our students, as tuition covers only a percentage of the operating expenses of the school each year.  Thank you for your continuous support.

Fine Arts/Specials

Talent and interest in the arts are nurtured as a way of engaging and conveying feelings and ideas. Meyer Prep's fine arts program stimulates our students’ imaginations, challenges perceptions, and develops creative and analytical skills. Fine arts and specials at Meyer ensure that your child will be regularly exposed to music, movement, arts, dance, yoga, physical education, media, public speaking, and more.

For IB Middle School students, a concentration in the arts is a requirement. At Exhibit Meyer: A Celebration of the Arts, our school's annual showcase of arts and music, students share their talents in a culminating performance in either visual or performing arts.

Fine arts and specials are infused into our curriculum.

VISUAL ARTS

Students receive process-based instruction in drawing, painting, photography, pottery, printmaking, mixed media and industrial design.

PERFORMING ARTS

As part of our fine arts program, students will participate in performances, assemblies, exhibits, debate, mock trial, student government and more. IB Middle School students may also become a part of our band or jazz band.
