This week, our National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) students had the privilege of attending a leadership luncheon with Noach Braun, CEO and Co-Founder, and Felicia Katz, Southeast Regional Director of the Israel Guide Dog Center. Students learned about the needs of individuals experiencing blindness, emotional trauma, and social challenges, and how the Israel Guide Dog Center addresses these needs through the life-changing partnership between people and their guide dogs.
In addition to learning about this meaningful mission, students gained valuable leadership insights about advocacy, service, and using their voices to make a positive impact in their community. They saw firsthand how strong leadership can inspire change and truly make a difference in the lives of others.
