Application & Testing
All admission applications require a non-refundable administration and testing fee of $175.
Enrollment Fees
New Students: There is a $500 non-refundable/non-transferable enrollment fee within two weeks of acceptance for new students. The non-refundable fee reserves a seat for the next school year, subject to the satisfactory completion of the current year’s academic work, a student’s good standing, and family’s support of the school’s mission and philosophy.
Additionally, each new student is responsible for paying a one-time matriculation fee of $1,250, which is included in the tuition agreement.
Returning Students: There is a $500 non-refundable/non-transferable re-enrollment fee due by February 19, 2021. The non-refundable fee reserves a seat for the next school year, subject to the satisfactory completion of the current year’s academic work, a student’s good standing, and family’s support of the school’s mission and philosophy.
Learning Resource Fees

Campus Fee
Each family is responsible for an additional annual campus fee of $495 per student. This fee includes PTO membership and helps to offset security costs including but not limited to cyber structural, access control, and safeguard exterior. The fee is listed in the family’s tuition agreement.
Laptop Computer
Middle School Only: Meyer Prep requires the use of a tablet or laptop computer in middle school grades. Purchase of the designated devices is the family’s responsibility. Laptops must be purchased based on the specifications provided by the IT department.
Credit Card Fee
There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.

Fundraising
It is expected that all families will contribute to the Annual Campaign at their level of financial ability. The Annual Campaign is the cornerstone of Meyer Prep’s advancement program and plays a critical role in helping Meyer Prep maintain its high level of academic excellence.
Sibling Discounts
Two or more children enrolled – younger siblings receive a $500.00 discount per additional child.
Full Prepayment
For the 2021-2022 school year, if payment in full is received by April 15, 2021, there is a 3% tuition discount.
