Meyer Prep–The Best Investment You’ll Ever Make

Meyer Prep offers our students a unique, challenging, educational experience, by combining an intensive, focused general education with an innovative, exciting Jewish curriculum. At Meyer Prep we are concerned not only with our students’ academic accomplishments but also with their social and character development. We believe that this can be achieved most successfully when parents and school staff work together in a nurturing environment in order to ensure our children’s well-being.

Application Fee (new students)

Enrollment Fees

New Students: There is a $500 non-refundable/non-transferable enrollment fee within seven days of acceptance for new students. The non-refundable fee reserves a seat for the next school year, subject to the satisfactory completion of the current year’s academic work, a student’s good standing, and the family’s support of the school’s mission and philosophy.
 
Additionally, each new student is responsible for paying a one-time matriculation fee of $1,250, which is included in the tuition agreement.

Returning Students: There is a $500 non-refundable/non-transferable re-enrollment fee due by December 19, 2024. The non-refundable fee reserves a seat for the next school year, subject to the satisfactory completion of the current year’s academic work, a student’s good standing, and the family’s support of the school’s mission and philosophy.

Campus and Security Fee

Each student is responsible for an annual campus fee of $695. This fee includes PTO membership and helps to offset security costs including but not limited to cyber structural, access control, and safeguard exterior. The fee is included in the family’s tuition agreement.

Laptop Computer

Middle School Only: Meyer Prep requires the use of a laptop computer in middle school grades. Purchase of the designated devices is the family’s responsibility. Laptops must be purchased based on the specifications provided by the IT department.

Credit Card Fee

There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.

Additional Fees

  • Student uniforms
  • Extracurricular activities
  • Overnight and/or long-distance trips

Academic Resource Program Fees

(students enrolled in AR Program only)

  • Lower School: $5,595
  • Middle School: $5,950

Fundraising

It is expected that all families will contribute to the Annual Campaign at their level of financial ability. The Annual Campaign is the cornerstone of Meyer Prep’s advancement program and plays a critical role in helping Meyer Prep maintain its high level of academic excellence.

Sibling Discounts

Two or more children enrolled – younger sibling(s) receive a $500.00 discount per additional child.

Full Prepayment

For the 2025-2026 school year, if payment in full is received by April 3, 2025, there is a 3% tuition discount.

Payment Options

  • Payment in full by April 3, 2025 receives a 3% tuition discount
  • Two (2) equal payments due June 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025
  • Ten (10) automatic credit card payments via VCPay
  • Ten (10) automatic bank payments (ACH) debit via VCPay

Financial Assistance

Request for financial assistance will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and as funds are available. All requests are kept confidential. Your financial assistance paperwork will not be processed until acceptance to Meyer Prep is completed.
