On Tuesday, our 5th through 8th grade students had the unique opportunity to engage with the Mobile Museum of Tolerance, an immersive educational experience designed to inspire understanding, compassion, and social responsibility.
Each grade participated in a specialized workshop tailored to their learning level. Our 5th and 6th graders explored The Anne Frank Story, gaining a deeper appreciation for the resilience and courage of a young girl during the Holocaust. The 7th graders took part in The Power of Ordinary People, which highlighted the impact individuals can have in standing up against injustice. Finally, our 8th graders tackled Digital Media Literacy, learning how to critically navigate today’s online world and recognize misinformation.
The visit was an eye-opening experience for all, reinforcing the importance of empathy, awareness, and responsible citizenship.
